Subject: Thanks!

Just a note to say thank you to all of the GJHS Class of 58 members who brought flowers, sent cards, visited, or called during my recent battle with West Nile Virus.  After five days in the hospital and 20 days in rehab, it was great to be home.

 

I had to learn how to walk again, sit up, feed myself, etc.  September 29th, I had my GREAT turn-around day and have now been able to resume walking on my own and doing some of the usual household duties.  I still have some trouble with my speech and am a bit unsteady at times, but continue to improve.  Don has been absolutely SUPER support!!

 

I hold deep appreciation for all of your caring thoughts and prayers.  Take care of each other...
