First Item:

Phyllis Setter, sister of Shirley Setter Matthews, died August 21, 2019.  There has been only a death notice.  Sources indicate that a memorial service was held at the Grand Junction Masonic Lodge for family members and a few close friends.  Should you wish to send a message of condolence to Shirley, her address is below.  She does not have e-mail.

Second Item:

Connie Carlson Inman graduated GJHS Class of 59.  Today, I received a "regrets" e-mail regarding our reunion.  She indicated that LeRoy (Roy) had an ankle replacement in May and has been enduring a severe infection since then.  Connie does antibiotic infusions for him and he also has home health nursing care.  Roy would appreciate a note/card of encouragement.  He does not have e-mail, but Connie does--with give you information below.

Third Item:

Frank Newman call us last week.  Had a nice long chat with him.  He usually calls once a year (did it with Bob too) to catch up on class news, etc.

GJHS Class of 1959's 60th reunion is September 6th & 7th at Two Rivers Convention Center.  This is my LAST reunion!!  Will still send out any updates for Class of '58 and '59 as they are received.

Don and I returned last Monday morning from a "World Voyage" cruise.  We left Grand Junction on January 2, 2019, and returned early morning April 22, 2019--having visited some incredible stops such as the Great Wall, The Forbidden City and Petra.

Upon our return, we have received news of classmates and/or their families:

Jill Crawford Aguilera notified us that Erma (Simon) Nelson had died in January 2019.  Erma's daughter would appreciate receiving cards.  Cards may be sent to:
